BUBBA’S CANNABIS GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

  1. Eligibility

    • Must be a legal resident of California.

    • Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

    • Valid government-issued ID required to claim prize.

  2. How to Enter
    To qualify for entry, participants must:

    • Follow @bubbascannabis on Instagram

    • Like the official giveaway post

    • Tag at least 2 friends in the comments (each additional tag = 1 extra entry)

    • Share the post to your Instagram Story (optional but may count as bonus entry if specified)

  3. Entry Period

    • Giveaway begins on the date posted and ends on the date listed in the post.

    • Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

  4. Winner Selection & Notification

    • Winner will be selected at random.

    • Winner will be announced on Instagram and/or contacted via DM.

    • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

  5. Prize Details

    • Prize(s) include items listed in the giveaway post (e.g., 50” TV, Puffco Peak, gift cards, etc.).

    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Bubba’s Cannabis reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

  6. Claiming the Prize

    • Winner must be able to pick up the prize in California (if applicable).

    • ID verification required to confirm age and residency.

    • Failure to meet eligibility requirements forfeits the prize.

  7. Disqualification

    • Fake accounts, bots, or duplicate/spam entries will be disqualified.

    • Private accounts may not be eligible if entry requirements cannot be verified.

    • Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the giveaway will result in disqualification.

  8. Instagram Disclaimer

    • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

    • By entering, participants release Instagram of any responsibility.

  9. General Conditions

    • By entering, participants agree to allow Bubba’s Cannabis to repost or share their username/content for promotional purposes.

    • Bubba’s Cannabis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time.

  10. Cannabis Compliance

  • Any cannabis-related prizes (if applicable) will only be awarded in full compliance with California state laws.

  • Winners must meet all legal requirements to receive cannabis products.
